The setting is modern, beautifully maintained and well-connected, with multiple Underground lines a short walk awaymaking your working day varied, active and people-focused.ROLE EXPECTATIONSYou will be the on-site go-to for general maintenance, reactive repairs and presentation standards across the development. Most days youll complete painting and decorating to a high standard, tackle minor plumbing fixes, care for communal areas and coordinate with the concierge and management team to keep everything running smoothly. Youll balance planned tasks with responsive support, always with a welcoming, resident-first approach.WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKEResidents feel listened to and supported, with issues acknowledged and resolved promptly.Communal areas look immaculate through consistent upkeep, touch-ups and deep cleans.You complete first-time fixes safely and efficiently, escalating only when needed.You plan your day effectively, keeping accurate records and communicating progress.Health and safety procedures are followed without exception, with risks identified early.You collaborate seamlessly with concierge, contractors and the management team.HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIMEDelivering painting and decorating across communal areas to a high, consistent finish.Carrying out minor plumbing repairs, such as leaks, blockages and fixture adjustments.Performing small fabric repairs and basic maintenance (e.g., doors, locks, fixtures).Cleaning tasks including carpet cleaning and operating the outdoor ride-on scrubber.Proactively inspecting the development, logging jobs and completing checklists.Assisting residents and liaising with contractors to coordinate remedial works.WHO THIS ROLE IS FORYou take pride in high-quality workmanship and presentation standards.Youre personable, calm under pressure and focused on great resident service.Youre safety-conscious, organised and comfortable managing a busy workload.Youre practical, hands-on and happy working indoors and outdoors in all seasons.You hold a full, clean UK driving licence and are confident moving equipment safely.EXPERIENCE THAT HELPSPainting and decorating in residential or hospitality settings to a high standard.Basic plumbing troubleshooting and repairs in occupied properties.Using carpet cleaning equipment and ride-on scrubber/dryers.Working within a large residential development, hotel or leisure environment.Familiarity with maintenance logs, checklists and simple digital reporting tools.WHAT WE OFFER20 Days plus bank holidaysEnrolment into the Rendall & Rittner pension schemeEmployee assistance programme supporting family, health, money and workEmployee referral schemeTeam uniform* subject to developmentFully funded training and development opportunitiesAccess to discounts across travel, retail, fitness and entertainmentABOUT RENDALL & RITTNERRendall & Rittner is one of the UK's most established and highly accredited residential leasehold property management companies, managing over 90,000 homes nationwide.
