They are seeking an Electrical Contracts Manager. The sucsessful candidate will be involved from the tender stage, attending pre-start meetings, reviewing tender documentation, assisting with pricing and then overseeing projects throughout delivery.As the company continues to expand, you'll work closely with the Directors, taking ownership of your own projects while helping to relieve the workload across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend tender meetings and review tender documentation.Assist with estimating, quotations and tender submissions.Manage projects from award through to completion.Oversee multiple projects simultaneously.Control project budgets, cost tracking and variations.Produce and maintain project cost reports using Excel.Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.Coordinate labour, materials and programme delivery.Conduct regular site visits and client meetings.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.Support commercial reporting throughout the project lifecycle.Manage project documentation and handover.QualificationsRecognised Electrical Qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent)ECS / CSCS CardSSSTS or SMSTSFull UK Driving LicenceTPBN1_UKTJ
