HGV Technician – Luton 💷 £60,000 - £70,000 per year 🕒 Early / Late Shift Pattern 📚 Training, Overtime & Career Progression We are currently recruiting a skilled HGV Technician to join a busy and expanding commercial vehicle workshop in Luton. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician looking for a high-earning role with structured shifts, ongoing training and genuine long-term progression. You’ll be working in a modern workshop alongside a professional team, carrying out a varied mix of servicing, diagnostics and repair work. What you’ll be doing * Service, maintain and repair HGVs to manufacturer standards * Diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic faults * Carry out inspections, safety checks and MOT preparation * Use diagnostic equipment to identify complex issues * Complete workshop paperwork accurately and efficiently What we’re looking for * Level 3 qualification in HGV / Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (essential) * Previous commercial vehicle experience * Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills * Ability to work independently and within a team * A professional and reliable attitude Shift pattern * Early shifts * Late shifts * Rotating pattern available What’s on offer * 💰 £60,000 - £70,000 per year * Overtime opportunities available * Ongoing manufacturer and technical training * Modern workshop and equipment * Clear career progression opportunities * Full-time permanent position '57; Please note: Applicants must already have the unrestricted right to work in the UK.
