• Managing customer enquiries by phone and email.

• Preparing quotations and processing orders.
\n
• Following up quotations and identifying sales opportunities.
\n
• Building strong relationships with existing customers.
\n
• Supporting the commercial team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
\n
• Maintaining accurate customer records using our CRM system.
\n

About YouYou'll have experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Internal Sales, Account Management or Commercial Administration and enjoy working with people. You'll be organised, proactive, commercially minded and confident communicating with customers and colleagues alike.What's in it for you?\n
