Location: RochesterSalary: circa £33,000Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00

The RoleWe’re working with a fast-growing manufacturing business looking to add to their warehouse team.

This is a hands-on warehouse role, not just a forklift position. You’ll be involved in a mix of forklift work, picking and general warehouse duties as part of a busy, well-run operation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating forklift (counterbalance primarily, some reach exposure)
\n
• Picking and preparing orders
\n
• Loading and unloading deliveries
\n
• Moving and storing stock safely and efficiently
\n
• Supporting the wider warehouse team to meet daily targets
\n
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and compliant
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n
• Experience working in a warehouse environment
\n
• Forklift experience (licences don’t need to be in date)
\n
• Comfortable with a mix of forklift and hands-on work
\n
• Used to working in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Reliable, hardworking and team-focused
\n
