The company manufacture, design, install and commission all of the automation on their customers site, The site in Chesterfield is 3 years old and has had nearly £10 million worth of automation invested on the site plus being at the head of innovation and automation there is continuous improvement and investment on the siteThey are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join the site and lead its growth from the front moving forward, being a key point of contact for their client as well as leading a team of 3 engineers, with involvement in day to day running of the siteResponsibilitiesAs a Maintenance Supervisor you will;- Be responsible for managing a team of 3 engineers- Be a key point of contact on site with the customer inc attending meetings and being an escalation point- Manage spare parts including; Usage, Inventory levels, Repairs, Receipts, Replenishments and ordering- Confident jumping on the tools for any breakdowns that need escalatingThe candidateWe are looking for a supervisor who:- Is a strong communicator with some sort of leadership experience- A recognised engineering qualification (Electrical is Desirable)- Confident in managing relationships with the customer and attending meetingsSalary and BenefitsAs a Maintenance Supervisor you will receive;- An annual salary of £61,000 per annum- Private healthcare with option to extend to family with a small cost- Opportunity to grow and develop alongside the site- A healthy holiday allowance inc bank holidays- Lots of other schemes inc.
