If you feel you have the required skills and experience, then please apply for an immediate response!The Role you will be doing;As Accounting Manager, you will oversee all financial accounting activities across multiple entities, ensuring compliance with both statutory requirements and internal group standards. You will play a key role in driving process improvement, enhancing reporting accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise accounting operations across your area of responsibilityManage the monthly close process and ensure accurate, timely reportingEnsure compliance with statutory, fiscal, and group accounting standardsOversee tax compliance including declarations and regulatory requirementsCoordinate audits and manage relationships with external advisorsDrive continuous improvement initiatives across finance processesPartner with controlling teams on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysisMonitor KPIs and implement corrective actions where requiredLead, develop, and motivate a team, including performance management and trainingAbout You;Proven experience in a senior accounting or finance management roleStrong technical knowledge of financial reporting, tax, and complianceExperience of managing month-end and year-end processesDemonstrated leadership and team management capabilityStrong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvementComfortable working within a structured, process-driven environmentProficient in ERP systems and financial reporting toolsProfessional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) preferredKey Skills;Financial management & reporting (P&L, budgets, forecasting)Audit and compliance managementRisk analysis and problem-solvingStrong communication and stakeholder managementLeadership and change managementTPBN1_UKTJ
