We are currently looking for a passionate and engaging Technical Skills Trainer to join our Learning & Development team and play a vital role in developing the skills, competence and confidence of our operational workforce.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced trainer who enjoys making a real impact through learning. Working across the business, youll deliver high-quality accredited and in-house training programmes, support apprentices on their development journeys, and help ensure our people have the knowledge and skills they need to work safely and effectively.As a Technical Skills Trainer, you'll be part of a collaborative team that is committed to delivering exceptional learning experiences, driving operational excellence and supporting the future development of our people.
