Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Service EngineerOur client works Monday to Friday. No call-out rota, no weekends, no being on the back foot waiting for the phone to ring on a Sunday. If you're an experienced AC Engineer who's done your time on out-of-hours rotas and unpredictable weeks, this is a role built specifically without one.You'll be servicing and maintaining air conditioning systems in residential and heritage properties across London and the South East including our client's internal water-cooled systems, and patented Incognito and Discreet systems - not just the same split units every other Engineer on the road is fixing. It's a different technical problem from standard commercial AC work, and most Engineers haven't had the chance to specialise in.What You Get:Company van, fuel card, and toolsResults-based bonusManufacturer and industry trainingPaid holiday and Bank HolidaysSalary and Hours:£50,000 - £55,00 basic salary, depending on experienceRealistic OTE £60,000 - £65,000 with overtime and performance bonusMonday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pmNo call-out rotaFull-time, Permanent, PAYEWhat You'll Be Doing:Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on residential air conditioning systemsDiagnosing and repairing faults on split, multi-split, and our client's internal water-cooled systemsCompleting service reports and compliance documentation (F-Gas)Working professionally and considerately in occupied residential properties - these are people's homes, not plant roomsWhat They're Looking For:Minimum 3 years' experience in residential air conditioningExperience servicing split and multi-split systemsStrong fault-finding ability and a solid understanding of refrigeration cyclesComfortable working independently and managing your own diaryGood communication skills - you're representing them in someone's homeF-Gas Category 1 certifiedFull UK driving licencePhysically fit for workBased within easy reach of their Chatham (ME4) office - you'll occasionally need to call in to collect partsInstallation experience is a plus, not a requirementIf you want to join a well-established business and be part of a growing team, then this is the job for you!
