We're looking for an experienced and commercially focused HR Business Partner to support three key divisions across our growing construction business. This is a true business partnering role where you'll work closely with Divisional Directors and leadership teams to shape and deliver people strategies that drive business performance.You'll act as the trusted HR partner for your divisions, providing strategic and operational HR support while working collaboratively with the wider HR team. You'll be visible across the business, building strong relationships with leaders and colleagues to understand operational challenges and develop practical, people-focused solutions.If you're passionate about influencing leaders, using data to inform decision-making and creating high-performing teams within a fast-paced operational environment, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesAs HR Business Partner, you will:Partner with Divisional Directors and leadership teams to develop and deliver people plans aligned to business objectives.Provide expert HR advice and coaching across the full employee lifecycle.Build management capability by supporting and challenging leaders to drive high performance and accountability.Use people data and workforce analytics, including absence, turnover and engagement trends, to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.Support organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and successful implementation across your divisions.Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to deliver a seamless and high-quality HR service.About youYou'll be an experienced HR professional with strong business partnering experience, ideally gained within construction, engineering, manufacturing or another operational, multi-site environment.You'll also bring:CIPD Level 5 qualification or above (Level 7 desirable).Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions.Strong employee relations knowledge and confidence managing complex cases.Excellent coaching, communication and stakeholder management skills.Commercial awareness with the ability to balance business objectives and employee experience.Experience using HR data and analytics to inform decision-making.A proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across your divisions, including occasional overnight stays.How you'll be rewardedCompetitive salaryCompany Car or Car AllowanceAnnual holiday entitlement - 25 days + Bank HolidaysDay off on your birthdayPrivate MedicalBuy and Sell holiday schemeGroup Personal Pension PlanHealth ScreeningLife AssuranceColleague, Client and Land referral and reward schemesEye Care Reimbursement£200 John Lewis vouchers for expectant parentsPeer recognition schemeColleague wellbeing programmeCharity fund matching, charity days and themed events through the Churchill FoundationAbout usWe are Churchill Living, the leading provider of housing that offers freedom, independence, and unrivalled living value for the over 60s, and we're looking for people like you!As a family-run, privately-owned business we have a strong culture built on trust and integrity.
