We are seeking someone who wants ownership, accountability and the opportunity to directly influence revenue growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience.About the Role As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for converting inbound enquiries and allocated leads into measurable commercial outcomes while managing a structured sales pipeline across education and local authority sectors.You'll act as a key commercial contact for customers, owning enquiries from first contact through to quotation, follow-up and order completion.You'll work closely with marketing, operations and leadership teams to maintain pipeline momentum, identify growth opportunities and contribute directly to business performance.Key Responsibilities Sales & Commercial PerformanceConvert inbound enquiries into revenue opportunitiesManage structured quotation follow-up and sales progressionIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesSupport revenue growth through strong pipeline managementMaintain ownership of allocated accounts and opportunitiesCustomer & Account ManagementAct as first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and web channelsBuild strong working relationships with education and local authority customersProvide informed guidance on suitable products and solutions (full training provided)Maintain high standards of customer service and communicationPipeline & CRM ManagementMaintain accurate CRM records and opportunity trackingEnsure all live opportunities have clear next actionsMonitor pipeline progression and quotation ageingContribute to reporting and commercial visibilityOrder Processing & Commercial GovernancePrepare accurate quotations and sales ordersProcess orders compliantly and accuratelyEnsure pricing controls, approvals and documentation standards are followedSupport smooth customer fulfilment through collaboration with internal teamsWhat We're Looking For We are looking for someone who combines strong commercial awareness with excellent organisation and communication skills.You may already be working in sales, internal sales, account management or commercial customer service and be ready to take ownership of a broader commercial role.You will ideally have:Previous experience in sales, account management, customer service or commercial supportStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA proactive and organised approach to workload managementGood attention to detail and administrative accuracyConfidence using CRM systems and Microsoft 365Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining customer focusCommercial mindset with a results-driven approachExperience within education, public sector procurement, technology sales or assistive technology is helpful but not essential.What's On Offer Competitive salary of £30,000–£32,000Achievable Commission earning potentialQuarterly company bonus scheme (£500 if company targets are achieved)Structured training and ongoing developmentOpportunity to work within a growing and meaningful sectorHybrid working arrangement (subject to business needs)Supportive team environment with opportunities for progressionWhy Apply?
