Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Editorial Marketing Coordinator to join our client's growing digital editorial team. This is an ideal role someone looking to develop a career in content marketing, digital communications, publishing or audience engagement.Working within a collaborative and supportive team, you will help promote a wide range of editorial and educational content across social media, email and digital channels. You'll play a key role in helping professional audiences discover, engage with and return to high-quality digital content, while gaining valuable experience in editorial workflows, campaign delivery and content development.Applications are welcomed from candidates with backgrounds in Marketing, Communications, Publishing, Journalism, Humanities, Digital Media and Project Coordination.Experience in social media management, email marketing, content creation, campaign coordination or community engagement would be advantageous but is not essential. Full training will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Promotion & Audience EngagementPromote editorial content across social media, email and digital platforms.Support integrated marketing campaigns for webinars, podcasts, video content, online learning programmes and event coverage.Help grow engagement and build relationships with professional audiences.Identify opportunities to increase content reach and audience interaction.Social Media & Community ManagementManage and maintain content calendars across multiple social media platforms.Schedule, publish and optimise content to maximise engagement.Monitor audience behaviour and platform performance.Email MarketingCreate and distribute regular email communications.Support promotional campaigns linked to events, webinars and digital content.Ensure all communications are accurate, engaging and tailored to the target audience.Analytics & ReportingMonitor and report on campaign performance across email, website and social media channels.Analyse engagement data to identify trends and opportunities.Use insights to help improve future content and campaign effectiveness.Editorial SupportAssist with content publishing and campaign delivery.Support the wider Editorial team on projects, deadlines and event-related activity.Develop an understanding of content production and editorial processes through ongoing training and mentorship.Skills/ExperienceHighly organised with excellent time-management skills.Creative, proactive and eager to learn.Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.Interested in digital content, publishing, social media and audience engagement.Data-aware and keen to understand content performance.A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.What's on OfferHybrid and flexible working arrangements.Excellent training and professional development opportunities.Additional development days to support learning and career growth.Private medical insurance (following probation).Pension scheme.Annual bonus opportunity.Choice of technology equipment.Team social events and wellbeing initiatives.Supportive and collaborative working environment.Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training, and skills.
