We work across complex network systems,enhancing,maintaining, installing, and repairing infrastructure from pipes to water meters,to ensure consistentlyhigh-waterquality. Through proactive network management and resilient engineering, we help ensure communities have safe, dependable water supplies every day.Want to be a part of it?What will you be doing?Day to day you'll manage the process foridentifying, logging, tracking, and resolving all defective reinstatement works(reinstatement defects).We'll need you to conduct regular, in-depthsite audits and inspectionsof completed works to assess the quality of reinstatement, focusing on compliance with contract specifications and Highways Authority standards.You'll down the volume and cost of defectsby implementing effective root cause analysis and corrective action plans.You'll liaise closely with theHighways Authority(Client) to manage joint inspections, validate reported defects, and maintain positive working relationships.We'll need you to monitor and report oncontractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)related to reinstatement quality and defect resolution timeframes.What youll bring Do you have proven experiencein utility contracting, civil engineering, or highway maintenance, with a strong focus onreinstatement practices?Have you got expert knowledgeof relevantHighways Authority specifications and legislation(e.g., NRSWA, SROH) governing street works and reinstatement?Do you have demonstrable experience in quality assurance, site inspection, and defect management?Have you got excellentcoaching and training skillswith the ability to influence and motivate field teams?Do you have stronganalytical and problem-solving abilitiesfor conducting root cause analysis?Are you someone who has excellentcommunication and interpersonal skillsfor effective liaison with the client, operational teams, and management?Do you have proficiency in usingdefect management software/systems?Do you hold a validdriving licence?
