Parenting and Group Work Coordinator

You will oversee the development and delivery of group programmes that support parents, carers, children, and young people to achieve positive and sustainable outcomes.Working collaboratively with families, colleagues, schools, early years settings, community organisations, and multi-agency partners, you will ensure that support is accessible, responsive, and aligned with local needs.Lead, support, and manage Parenting and Group Work Practitioners across the Family Hub area.Coordinate and oversee the delivery of parenting programmes and group-based interventions that improve outcomes for children, young people, and families.Act as a Designated Safeguarding Person following Spurgeons policies and procedures.Build and maintain effective partnerships with schools, early years settings, health services, and community organisations.Ensure a joined-up approach to family support by working closely with multi-agency partners.Identify local needs and coordinate services that are responsive to the communities you support.Promote participation and engagement, ensuring families can access high-quality support within their local area.Monitor and evaluate programme delivery to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate impact.Location: Spurgeons Family Hub, County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge, BA14 8JQTPBN1_UKTJ
