Working Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm

Salary - 31,200 DOE

About the Role

\n

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to support a portfolio of commercial, retail and distribution properties across Central Scotland. The successful candidate will undertake planned and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship, safety and customer service.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

General building fabric repairs including ceiling tiles, carpet tiles, doors, locks, frames and ironmongery.

\n

Minor plumbing repairs including taps, sinks, toilets, urinals and drainage issues.

\n

Painting, decorating and making-good works.

\n

Fire door inspections, repairs, door closers, pivots and re-hanging.

\n

Procurement of materials and equipment required for maintenance activities.

\n

Support office fit-outs, refurbishments and planned project works.

\n

Completion of worksheets, compliance documentation and client sign-off procedures.

\n

Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

\n

Candidate Requirements

\n

Previous experience in a Multi-Skilled Maintenance or Building Fabric role.

\n

Experience within commercial, retail, office or industrial environments.

\n

Understanding of Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices.

\n

Full UK Driving Licence.

\n

Experience using PDA or handheld job management systems.

\n

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

\n

Flexible approach to overtime and occasional out-of-hours works.

\n
