We are seeking a motivated and commercially aware Quantity Surveyor with 2–5 years' experience to join our growing commercial team based in Glasgow. The Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of your own projects from start to finish, ensuring costs are controlled and contracts are administered effectively. Key Responsibilities * Managing the commercial delivery of your own projects * Preparing and submitting valuations and applications for payment * Managing subcontractor procurement, payments, and final accounts * Cost reporting and forecasting * Identifying and managing project variations * Assisting with contract administration * Working closely with the wider commercial and operational teams * Supporting the successful financial delivery of projects Requirements * Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline * 2–5 years' Quantity Surveying experience * Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail * Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Full UK driving licence preferred What's on Offer * Competitive salary (DOE) * Permanent, office-based role in Glasgow * Supportive and experienced commercial team * Opportunity to manage your own projects * Excellent career development and progression opportunities * Immediate/ASAP start available
