We're looking for a proactive and influential QSHE Advisor to join our team at our Bicester site and play a key role in promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.In this exciting role, you'll work closely with operational teams to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (QSHE) standards, meeting legislative, policy and contractual requirements while supporting the achievement of business objectives and performance targets. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll help embed best practices across the operation, ensuring our people, processes and customers remain at the heart of everything we do.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated QSHE professional looking to develop their career within a dynamic logistics environment.If you're looking for an opportunity where you can make a genuine difference, influence positive change, and continue developing your QSHE career, we'd love to hear from you.How you create impactProviding expert guidance and support to operational teams on QSHE matters, with a primary focus on Health & Safety and Environmental compliance.Conducting internal audits, safety tours and assurance activities to ensure compliance with legal, contractual and company requirements.Supporting external audits and maintaining compliance with ISO management standards.Driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance and reduce risk.Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to promote a positive safety culture and achieve key performance indicators and objectives.Supporting the ongoing development and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS).What we would like you to bringIOSH Managing Safely qualification (essential).NEBOSH National General Certificate (desirable) or a willingness to work towards achieving it.Experience conducting audits, ideally against ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.Willingness to undertake Lead Auditor qualification training.Experience working with Integrated Management Systems.Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.A proactive, collaborative approach with the ability to influence and engage colleagues at all levels.What's in it for youAs well as our competitive pay rates and superb training opportunities, we also offer a great working environment.You will be respected and valued if you work for us and have genuine opportunities to progress and develop.26 days holidays plus bank holidays2 volunteering days per year3 x Life Assurance Option if you join the KN Route2 pension schemeA tailored personal development and training programme.Trusted and empowered to deliver and be your best.We are happy to talk about flexible working.
