Permanent Full Time 37.5 hoursWe are seeking an organised and proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our regional Sales Team.This role is all about balancing strong administration skills with a proactive approach to sales and marketing support, and helping to deliver regional sales objectives and enhance customer engagement.This varied role will see you maintaining CRM systems and sales databases, coordinating marketing campaigns, managing website and property portal content, processing customer enquiries, and producing accurate sales reports and communications. You will also support the launch of new developments, liaise with external agencies and suppliers, and ensure all marketing materials reflect brand standards.The successful candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
