If you enjoy solving technical challenges, coordinating multiple workstreams and driving programmes on demanding schemes, this is the project for you.The Opportunity12-month freelance contractWatford-based£425 - £450 per dayImmediate startMajor industrial development with complex civil engineering elementsYou'll Be Responsible ForLeading the project from enabling works through to completionManaging extensive groundworks and infrastructure packagesCoordinating subcontractors across multiple disciplinesDriving programme, quality, health & safety and commercial performanceBuilding strong relationships with clients, consultants and the wider project teamIdentifying and overcoming technical challenges to keep the project movingWe're Looking ForProven Project Manager experience with a Main ContractorStrong industrial, logistics, warehouse or commercial project backgroundExperience delivering projects with significant groundworks, remediation or infrastructure packagesExcellent planning, leadership and stakeholder management skillsSMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualificationsWhy This Role?This isn't a straightforward warehouse build.
