Be a part of it.We are looking for a Registered Mental health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) with a current UK NMC PIN number & A passion for delivering outstanding care to join us on site at Cygnet Hospital Bury.Please note: We are currently not accepting applications from Preceptor RMN/RNLD'sYoull be working full time (37.5 Hours a week) across Days,Nights & Weekends within one of our CAMHS wards at Cygnet Hospital Bury Forestwood.Cygnet Bury Forestwood offers CAMHS Tier 4 PICU, General Acute and Low Secure services across four wards which provide a defined treatment pathway from admission through to intervention and discharge including rapid assessment and treatment. Each service user has a bedroom with en suite facilities and a range of communal spaces including a gym, laundry, occupational therapy kitchen, therapy garden and woodland walkways down to the Elton Reservoir.In addition there is a diverse educational programme teaching a range of subjects available at the on-site school, Forestwood School, which is registered with the Department for Education.Your Day-to-DayProduce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observationsWork closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve qualityAttend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursingUnder NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives and other healthcare professionals.Administer prescribed medicines with Healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines.You areOpen, compassionate, honest & resilientExperienced RMN with a current Pin NumberCapable to maintain documentation and undertake auditsWell informed of the Mental Health Act 1983 & have an understanding of latest nursing practicesAble to deputise in a clinical lead roleFocused on patient recovery to monitor, manage & reduce riskHelping to empower & support service user independence.Why Cygnet?
