This is a varied driving role involving the operation of 7.5 tonne vehicles and vans, delivering delicate products to customers and construction sites.Key responsibilities:Safely operate 7.5 tonne vehicles and vans as requiredDeliver delicate products to customers and construction sitesEnsure deliveries are completed accurately and on timeCarry out daily vehicle checks and report any defectsLoad and secure products safely for transportationComplete delivery paperwork and electronic records accuratelyProvide excellent customer service at delivery locationsAdhere to all road transport legislation and company proceduresWhat we're looking for:7.5 Tonne LicenceCPC and Tacho CardMinimum 6 months' experience driving 7.5 tonne vehiclesWillingness to undertake van driving duties as requiredGood knowledge of driving regulations and vehicle safetyAbility to carry out manual lifting and loading dutiesFlexibility to support with 2 nights out per weekWhat we Offer:Competitive pay rate of £16.81 per hourMonday to Friday working patternOvertime available on Saturdays and SundaysSupportive team environmentOpportunity to work across a varied delivery operationLong-term opportunity with a temp-to-perm positionWhy work for Driver Hire:Driver Hire Doncaster is part of Driver Hire Nationwide, the UK's largest specialist transport and logistics recruiter.
