Location: Nottingham, NG5 6NZ Pay: £12.87 per hour Hours: 42 hours per week Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am 3:30pm Contract: Temporary until 28 August 2026 Start: Immediate Enhanced DBS RequiredLynx Employment Services is recruiting an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a busy team maintaining school grounds in the Nottingham area.## Key ResponsibilitiesMaintaining school grounds and outdoor areas to a high standardGrass cutting and general grounds maintenanceOperating equipment including strimmers and other powered machineryMarking out football pitches and running track linesKeeping all outdoor areas clean, safe and well-presentedFollowing health and safety procedures at all times## RequirementsPrevious grounds maintenance or landscaping experience Experience using strimmers, mowers and other grounds maintenance equipment Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a team Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to undergo one if applicable) ## What We Offer£12.87 per hour Full-time hours (42 per week) Immediate start available Opportunity to work within a professional grounds maintenance team If you have experience in grounds maintenance and are looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
