Site Manager - Social Housing

Are you an experienced Site Manager within the housing regeneration sector?Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a regional housing regeneration contractor, who are currently looking to appoint a Site Manager on a permanent basis to oversee a project across the Wakefield area. The initial scheme will be on an externals social housing project with further scheme across West Yorkshire to take place after. As a Site Manager you will be responsible for overseeing our projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and completion according to deadlines.What's in it for you?Basic salary upto £55,000 (D.O.E)Car allowance.Access to an employee discount portal.Buy & sell holidays.Shares in the business with tenure.What are we looking for?Experience as a Site Manager on an externals contract in social housing is ESSENTIAL.Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety regulations on site.A strong, proven track record of hitting deadlines.Excellent communication and administration skills.Key Responsibilities:Take full ownership of the build program, providing 4-week look-aheads, weekly reviews, and regular updates to ensure timely project completion.Manage and support directly employed site staff, monitor performance, and provide guidance to achieve project goals.Ensure site compliance by reading, understanding, and implementing company policies and procedures on-site, ensuring all trades follow trade specifications.Meeting clients and managing their expectations.TPBN1_UKTJ
