Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $334,470 annually plus production incentives; $106,000 bonus package for the first two years.
• Comprehensive Benefits: Includes malpractice insurance, CME, relocation assistance, paid time off, health, dental, vision, life insurance, HSA, disability coverage, and a generous retirement contribution.
• Certification Requirement: Must be board certified within three years of eligibility.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited medical or osteopathic medical school.
• Completion of a relevant residency program demonstrating competency as a physician.
• Board certification or eligibility required.
• Ability to obtain medical staff privileges at Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Must hold or be eligible for a physician license in the State of Iowa, along with an Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
