Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process from intake meeting through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Post job openings on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Conduct reference checks and assist with offer preparation and negotiations.
- Provide timely communication and updates throughout the hiring process.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and serve as a trusted point of contact.
- Maintain a high-touch, positive candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding.
- Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and leadership to meet hiring goals.
- Ensure recruiting activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track recruiting metrics and provide status updates on open positions.
- Support onboarding activities and pre-employment processes as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting for administrative, HR, customer service, operations, professional services, healthcare, nonprofit, or corporate roles preferred.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and networking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, and major job boards.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Rippling, or similar systems.
- Experience supporting both temporary and direct-hire recruiting efforts.
