Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to become a vital member of our Occupational Medicine team. This position operates under the guidance of the Medical Director and involves functioning as an independent healthcare provider, consultant, and care coordinator. The primary focus of this role is to enhance employee health and safety through clinical services, compliance management, and injury care.
Key Responsibilities:-
Employee Health & Safety:
- Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Oversee the Workers' Compensation injury program.
- Perform pre-employment health evaluations.
- Conduct DOT examinations.
- Support wellness initiatives and vaccination programs.
- Administer and manage the bloodborne pathogen exposure response plan.
- Work with employers on safety protocols and return-to-work strategies.

Compliance & Coordination:
- Ensure compliance with occupational health regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and external providers as necessary.
- Maintain precise and confidential health records.
- Full-time position as a Physician Assistant at our onsite clinic in Clinton, IA.
