We are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Endocrinology Physician to become part of our team in Muskegon, Michigan. This role presents a fantastic chance to significantly contribute to the health of our community while thriving in a supportive, mission-oriented setting.

Position Overview

  • Employment Type: 1.0 FTE (flexible options available)
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Work Location: Muskegon, MI
  • Specialization: Diabetes & Endocrinology
  • Hospital Support: On-call assistance for Grand Rapids and Muskegon hospitals
  • Team Composition: Muskegon features 2 Endocrinologists, 1 DNP, and 5 support staff. The Grand Rapids office includes 5 Endocrinologists, 4 APP/PAs, and 20 support staff (serving both locations), along with 2 CDCES RDs and 2 RN CDCES (accredited education program)
  • Teaching Roles: Opportunities available for Residents, Medical Students, and Fellows
  • On-Call Duties: 6-7 weeks annually

Qualifications

  • Open to both new graduates and experienced professionals
  • Must be board certified in the relevant clinical specialty or achieve certification within the timeline set by the specialty board.
  • Fellowship required: Diabetes, Endocrinology & Metabolism
  • Active Michigan medical license (or the ability to obtain one)
  • DEA license
