In the role of LTC Day Nurse, you will be essential in providing top-notch care to residents, ensuring their comfort and overall well-being. You will collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals to foster a supportive environment for those under your care.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Monitor and record residents' health conditions and progress
- Work with interdisciplinary team members to create and execute care plans
- Offer emotional support and education to residents and their families
- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for residents
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting
