About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Administer U.S. benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), and leaves of absence
- Manage FMLA, ADA, and leave administration processes
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees, managers, and leadership
- Partner with vendors and HR stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational excellence
- Analyze benefits data and support reporting using Excel
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of benefits administration experience
- Strong knowledge of benefits, FMLA, ADA, and leave management
- Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
- Workday experience preferred
- Strong communication, professionalism, and executive presence
- Empathetic and approachable when supporting employees through sensitive situations
- Interested in long-term career growth and future leadership opportunities
- Comfortable working with executive leadership and representing the HR function
- Highly organized, analytical, and service-oriented
