Our organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Electrophysiologist to become part of a well-established and innovative cardiovascular team dedicated to providing advanced arrhythmia care. This position offers a high-quality electrophysiology opportunity with robust leadership, state-of-the-art technology, and competitive compensation.
Position Highlights- Guaranteed Base Salary: $716,837 for the initial two years
- Incentive: Compensation based on production
- Recruitment Bonus: $150,000
- Relocation Assistance: $15,000

Join a mature electrophysiology service line led by experienced professionals, supported by a skilled staff and strong advanced practice provider (APP) coverage. Our clinical capabilities encompass:
- Electrophysiology studies
- Radiofrequency and cryoablation
- Pulsed-field ablation (coming soon)
- Conduction system pacing, including left bundle branch area pacing
- Implantation of pacemakers, ICDs, CRTs, and leadless devices
- Loop recorders and remote rhythm monitoring
- Hybrid EP lab with advanced cardiac imaging
Our patient demographic includes:
- Atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter
- Supraventricular tachycardia (SVT), premature ventricular contractions (PVCs), and ventricular tachycardia
- Syncope and sick sinus syndrome
- Inherited arrhythmias (Long QT syndrome, Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome)
- Complex device and ablation cases
