Healthcare Paralegal

Compensation: $46.00 - $54.00 per hour
Location: Sacramento, California
Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week after onboarding - T/Thr/Fri)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a highly respected law firm to identify a Healthcare Paralegal for its growing healthcare practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with healthcare law experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting complex regulatory and transactional matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Support attorneys with healthcare regulatory, administrative, and transactional matters
• Assist with regulatory filings, administrative hearings, and client projects
• Draft legal documents, including memoranda, notices, motions, and correspondence
• Conduct legal and factual research utilizing online research resources
• Organize, maintain, and manage case files and legal documents
• Coordinate hearing preparation, exhibits, calendars, and filing deadlines
• Communicate professionally with clients, agencies, and other stakeholders
• Assist with document review, productions, and matter management activities

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting healthcare law matters in a law firm or similar legal environment
• Paralegal certificate required
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, terminology, and regulatory agencies
• Strong legal drafting, research, and document management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with legal teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Litigation support experience
• Experience supporting attorneys in a healthcare practice group
• Familiarity with document management systems such as iManage
• Experience with electronic filing and document production processes

Pay Transparency Notice: Compensation for this position is expected to range from $46.00 to $54.00 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
