Job Description
Parts Inventory Specialist:
• Data analysis skill
Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications
Responsabilities:
• monitor and resolve any issues that arise in the inbound OS&D.
• To monitor and resolve any discrepancies that arise in the stock parts within the WH.
• To monitor and maintain clean inventory regarding the returned inventory from the dealer/carrier.
• To monitor and resolve issues that arise from the outbound discrepancies.
• Gather information, assemble spreadsheets, write reports, and review all pertinent information about Inventory management.
• Perform data entry and KPI tracking, as regarding to inventory management.
• Visualize, facilitate, and support warehouse logistics, transportation, and customer service.
• Support all aspects of parts logistics and warehousing.
• File claims with inbound carriers as required to resolve OS&D issues.
• OS&D weekly updates.
• Review the return inventory weekly to ensure a clean WH is maintained.
• Weekly update on the return area.
• Inventory management for stocked parts, OS&D that are located through bin checks.
• Weekly adjustments and reports to management.
• Outbound discrepancies.
