• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Interest in a blend of obstetrics and gynecology, including surgical procedures

• Starting Salary: $325,000 - $350,000
• Additional compensation for extra shifts
• $50,000 signing bonus
• $25,000 retention bonus at the start of year two
• $25,000 retention bonus at the start of year three
• Resident compensation available - up to $50,000 per year for early sign-on
• The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift payments, and other cash compensation relevant to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please be aware that this salary range is provided in accordance with state regulations and may vary based on the aforementioned factors.
