Product Development Assistant
\nPay Rate: 35.00 per hour
\nHybrid (Min 3 days at the plaza) - San Francisco
\n40 hours a week Monday through Friday (Plaza hours)
\n9 month contract
\nProduct Development Assistant for Sweaters and Outerwear
\nJOB DESCRIPTION
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Support the execution of all GTM calendar development activities to ensure deadlines are met \n
- Support execution of development activities: proto, commercial sample fabric and garment tracking \n
- Support the execution of all Preproduction activities. Supporting fit reviews as needed; orchestrate finish/color reviews for approval \n
- Lead in maintaining accuracy of data into various systems to ensure the integrity of the information \n
Skills & Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Bachelor's degree or combination of college education and related work experience \n
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a position that required the manipulation of large amounts of data \n
- Garment production and/or product development experience preferred \n
- Flexibility with regards to job responsibilities \n
- Expert knowledge with PLM and MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook \n
- Dynamic analytical, problem solving and project management abilities with proven systems knowledge and expertise \n
- Demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs quickly \n
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to multi-task; confident working in a fast paced environment and an ability to not become frustrated with last minute changes \n
- Effective relational and organizational skills; ability to work with multiple departments and personalities \n
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written \n
- Excellent discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy \n
- Must demonstrate an energetic, positive, helpful demeanor \n
