LHH is partnering with a well-established engineering organization in the Arlington, VA area that is seeking to add a Talent Acquisition professional to its Human Resources team. This position will focus on managing the full recruitment lifecycle and implementing strategic sourcing efforts to support hiring needs across multiple departments. The individual in this role will collaborate closely with HR partners and internal stakeholders to identify, attract, and secure top talent while contributing to broader recruiting initiatives and long-term talent pipeline development.
This is an ongoing temporary opportunity with the potential to convert to a permanent position. The role follows a hybrid schedule, with three days onsite and two days remote each week, and offers an hourly pay range of $37-$45 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of professional and corporate roles, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing offer processes, and supporting onboarding activities.
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Monitor industry hiring trends and maintain awareness of competitive talent markets to improve sourcing efforts.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for key skill areas through proactive outreach and sourcing channels.
- Support and enhance recruiting visibility through professional networking platforms and other digital channels.
- Track and maintain recruiting data, metrics, and hiring reports to support talent acquisition planning.
- Provide additional support to HR initiatives and recruitment-related projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced education in Human Resources or a related discipline is beneficial.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Prior experience recruiting within professional services or technical environments is advantageous.
- Familiarity with modern recruiting techniques, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a collaborative working style.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining organization and accuracy.
- High level of attention to detail and sound professional judgment.
