In this position, your responsibilities will encompass both caregiving and care management, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and outcomes. You will collaborate closely with patients, physicians, and fellow clinicians to provide outstanding care.

  • Conduct assessments and gather data focusing on physiological, psychosocial, and cognitive aspects
  • Implement care plans while adhering to established procedures and policies
  • Recognize patient educational needs and develop teaching strategies
  • Accurately document patient information in electronic medical records
  • Delegate patient care tasks and oversee assigned team members
  • Act as Charge Nurse when necessary, overseeing patient assignments and staff coordination
  • Pursue professional development through seminars and workshops
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and organizational policies


To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Current RN Licensure in Washington State
  • HCP Level of BLS certification to be obtained within 30 days of hire
  • ACLS and PALS certifications to be acquired within specified timeframes
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting
  • Strong critical thinking and crisis management abilities
  • Capability to perform CPR and operate various medical equipment
  • Emotional resilience to navigate high-stress environments
