We are currently seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to become a part of our expanding family medicine practice located at our facility in Crawfordsville, Indiana. This role offers the opportunity to join a vibrant and supportive practice that emphasizes collaboration and mentorship.

Your Role

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to build meaningful relationships with the community and fellow medical staff are essential. You will collaborate with other physicians and staff to ensure the highest standard of patient care.

What to Expect
  • Practice Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Schedule: Flexible full-time; No weekends or holidays
  • Patient Volume: Average of 20-22 patients per day
  • Call Responsibilities: 1:6
  • Telehealth: Available
  • Common Diagnoses:
    • Child and adult wellness visits
    • Back pain
    • Endocrinology issues
    • Hypertension
    • Heart failure

Qualifications
  • Doctorate in Medicine Required
  • Physician License (DR) - Required upon hire
  • Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if applicable) - Required upon hire
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association - Required upon hire
