Our organization is on the lookout for a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Neurologist to join our esteemed team in Richland, Washington. This position offers the chance to work at a facility recognized as the primary stroke center in the region. The role features a 7-on/7-off schedule, combining both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity to be part of a dedicated and community-focused Neurology group while maintaining a well-balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a 7-on/7-off schedule with 12-hour hospital shifts.
• Engage in both inpatient and outpatient clinical duties.
• Provide hospital call support during the 7 days on, with assistance from 24-hour Internal Medicine Hospitalists and Intensivists.
• Benefit from a comprehensive onboarding program.
• Mentorship opportunities available for new graduates.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Preferred fellowship in Stroke or Epilepsy; however, General Neurology candidates will also be considered.
• 22 weeks of work per year.

Compensation and Benefits

• Recruitment incentives totaling $75,000.
• Annual compensation ranging from $333,221 to $427,487, which may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives.
• Relocation assistance of $15,000 and an annual CME allowance of $5,000.

• Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
