Compensation OverviewTotal Annual Earnings: $240,805 to $324,090
- Accession Bonus: $500,000
- Specialty Incentive Pay: $54,000

As an Emergency Medicine Physician, you will:
- Deliver urgent and emergency medical care
- Diagnose and manage a variety of acute medical conditions
- Stabilize critically ill or injured patients
- Perform life-saving procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for ongoing patient care
- Support the health and readiness of service members in both operational and non-operational environments

- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution (or ECFMG Certified)
- Completion of an ACGME accredited residency in Emergency Medicine (or currently in the final year of residency)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (or currently in the final year of residency)
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Aged between 21 and 64 (as per Title 10 U.S. Code sections 531 and 532)
