The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:
Responsibilities
- Support all phases of litigation from case inception through trial and resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, subpoenas, and other legal documents
- Manage discovery, including document review, production, and organization
- Prepare for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial, including exhibits and trial binders
- Coordinate filings in Florida state and federal courts and track key deadlines
- Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to support case progression
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally in business or commercial litigation
- Strong knowledge of Florida court procedures and filing requirements
- Experience supporting complex matters and managing multiple cases
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation support tools (Relativity, eDiscovery platforms a plus)
- Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail
