We are an established, physician-owned dermatology practice in Princeton, New Jersey, seeking a dedicated and clinically skilled Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our team on a part-time basis, with strong potential for transition to full-time employment. Minimum of one year of aesthetic experience in a dermatology or private medical practice, with demonstrated expertise as an injector (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and related treatments)

Experience in general dermatology and cosmetic treatment
\n - \n
Excellent clinical judgment, bedside manner, and patient education skills
\n - \n
Strong foundation in medical documentation, coding and billing compliance (CMS and private payers)
\n - \n
Working knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) systems
\n - \n
Familiarity with prior authorization and prescription workflows
\n - \n
Demonstrated Commitment to HIPPA compliance, patient safety, and quality improvement
\n - \n
Ability to retain patients through consistent and detailed follow-up protocols
\n - \n
Professional appearance, integrity, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
\n - \n
Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage a steady patient schedule while maintaining meticulous charting

Current Physician Assistant license in good standing in the State of New Jersey (PA-C required)

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive and problem-focused dermatologic examinations
\n - \n
Formulate differential diagnoses and develop evidence-based treatment plans
\n - \n
Perform office-based procedures, including cryotherapy, shave/punch biopsies, and injections
\n - \n
Deliver high-quality aesthetic treatments, including neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, laser therapies, and related procedures
\n - \n
Order and interpret laboratory test, imaging studies, and pathology reports: communicate results promptly and clearly to patients
\n - \n
Prescribe medications and manage refills, including biologics and topical therapies
\n - \n
Provide thorough pre-and post-treatment counseling along with written instructions
\n - \n
Document all encounters accurately and timely in the EHR, ensuring precise coding and billing
\n - \n
Coordinate referrals and communicate findings with physicians and other specialists as appropriate
\n - \n
Participate in inventory management of clinical supplies and medications
\n - \n
Contribute to quality-assurance initiatives and staff meetings
\n - \n
