Health & Safety and Environmental Officer Wolverhampton £38,000 - £40,000 DOE ⏰ 8:00am – 5:00pm – Monday to Friday Permanent We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Officer to support a major site relocation project and oversee health & safety compliance during the construction phase Duties Manage contractors, permits to work and site inductions Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and H&S legislation Review and update H&S policies and procedures Conduct audits, inspections and risk assessments Deliver toolbox talks and staff training Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses Maintain H&S records including RIDDOR and COSHH Support fire safety and evacuation procedures Requirements NEBOSH Diploma essential Chartered IOSH (CMIOSH) preferred Construction site experience essential Strong knowledge of CDM Regulations Experience delivering H&S training Excellent communication and organisational skills CSCS Card Benefits Free parking Company pension Excellent long-term opportunity In order to be considered for this position or for further information please contact Gina on: (phone number removed) ext 1004.
