Full Job DescriptionSEO Specialist (Agency)Brentwood, Essex (Hybrid)£40,000-£45,000 + Quarterly Profit Share + Hybrid Working + Training Budget + ProgressionAre you an SEO Specialist, SEO Executive or SEO Account Executive with agency experience, looking for a hands-on role where you can work across premium client accounts and develop your technical and strategic SEO skills?On offer is the opportunity to join a growing SEO-first digital agency working with clients across travel, hospitality, ecommerce and B2B. You'll join an established team with a dedicated training budget, clear progression into Senior SEO and SEO Lead positions, and the chance to work in a structured sprint-based environment where recommendations are actually implemented.In this role, you'll deliver hands-on SEO activity across a portfolio of client accounts, carrying out keyword research, content optimisation, site reviews, crawling and technical assessments.
