Our impressive 68-bedded care facility provides residents with exceptional standards of Nursing, Residential, Dementia and Respite care, in a luxury setting.Administrator Contract £14.00 per hourContracted to 37.5 hours per week - Mon - Fri - although some weekend receptionist cover may be requiredPaid PVG, pension, uniform provided5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)Role OverviewAs Administrator, you will play a central role in supporting the overall performance and day to day running of the home, working closely with the Home Manager as part of the internal management structure. This is a key position where your organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will directly support operational efficiency and service delivery.You will take ownership of core administrative systems including payroll input, contracts, compliance records and internal processes, ensuring all information is accurate, up to date and handled with confidentiality. Acting as a first point of contact, you will manage enquiries, coordinate visits and ensure a professional and welcoming experience for residents, relatives and visitors.You will also support the coordination of staffing processes and line manage Reception staff, helping to maintain a well organised, responsive and professional front of house and administrative function.
