We currently have opportunities available for: Level 3 Early Years Educator ApprenticeLevel 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner ApprenticeAbout the Roles Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in childcare and gain a recognised qualification while earning a wage. As an apprentice, you will: Support children's learning and development through play-based activitiesAssist with planning and delivering engaging learning experiencesSupport daily routines including mealtimes, sleep routines, and outdoor playProvide personal care, including nappy changing and toileting supportObserve children's progress and contribute to learning recordsBuild positive relationships with children, parents, and colleaguesHelp create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environmentLevel 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship This role is suitable for experienced practitioners looking to progress into leadership within Early Years. As a Level 5 apprentice, you will: Lead high-quality practice across the nurserySupport and mentor other team membersPlan and oversee activities that promote children's developmentMonitor children's progress and support curriculum deliveryHelp ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and EYFS requirements are metWork closely with management to support the overall running of the nurseryPromote high standards of care, learning, and wellbeingImportant: Applicants for the Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner Apprenticeship must already hold a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification.
