Working closely with commercial and operational teams, you'll influence business strategy, develop customer relationships and help build a strong pipeline of opportunities across the region.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing commercial insight, technical understanding and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment.What You'll Be DoingYou will support the Commercial Manager and wider business in delivering commercial objectives and growth plans by managing the pricing and tendering process from enquiry through to submission. You will be responsible for:Producing accurate, competitive and high-quality tendersAssessing financial, contractual, operational and technical risksSupporting the development of a strong pipeline of future opportunitiesBuilding and maintaining positive relationships with customers, clients and key stakeholdersReviewing and appraising completed tenders to identify lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunitiesUnderstanding customer requirements and developing bids that reflect their needsEnsuring compliance with company processes, policies and governance proceduresContributing to the delivery of regional and national commercial strategiesWhat We're Looking ForYou're someone who enjoys solving commercial challenges and has a keen eye for detail. You'll be naturally analytical, organised and able to work effectively under pressure.
