Part-Time Financial Controller (Remote UK)What's on offer:Remote role with monthly in-person meetingsFlexible working arrangements38 days holiday pro rata (including bank holidays)Part of the SLTCollaborative, ambitious and fast-moving businessCampbell Grove Talent are partnering exclusively with a growing eCommerce business who are looking to recruit a Financial Controller with a commercial background who wants more than just month-end reporting.This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll partner directly with the founders, improve financial processes, strengthen controls, and provide the insight that drives business growth.Our client is flexible on 3 or 4 days per week, with occasional travel to their Head Office in the North East.What you'll be doing:Own monthly management accounts, reporting and performance analysisLead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planningImprove financial controls, systems and governanceDrive automation and AI-enabled finance processesPartner closely with the CEO and COO on strategic planning initiatives.Support strategic decision making with commercial analysis and financial modellingOversee VAT, indirect tax compliance and payroll reviewManage external accountants, auditors and advisorsMentor and develop an Assistant AccountantWhat we're looking for:ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified5+ years PQE in a Financial Controller or senior finance roleStrong Xero experienceExcellent management reporting, forecasting and cash flow skillsExperience improving processes and implementing controlsConfident communicator who can influence non-finance stakeholdersNice to have:eCommerce, retail or consumer products experienceInternational or multi-entity experienceExposure to US operations, sales tax or reportingExperience with finance automation and AI toolsIf you enjoy building better finance functions, influencing business decisions and making a visible impact, please reach out to Emma Dugdale or Lucy Regan.TPBN1_UKTJ
