Warehouse & Logistics ManagerLocation: North TynesideJob Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £38,500 per annumWe're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a busy warehouse operation, ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched safely, accurately and efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for driving operational performance, maintaining stock accuracy and supporting production and customer fulfilment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate and develop the warehouse team.Oversee Goods In, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.Ensure production materials are available when required.Maintain accurate stock through cycle counts and investigations.Coordinate transport and logistics activities.Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures.Monitor warehouse KPIs and drive continuous improvement.Plan labour resources to meet operational demand.Build strong relationships with Production, Planning and Customer Services.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience managing or supervising a warehouse team.Strong understanding of warehouse operations and stock control.Experience using WMS and/or ERP systems.Good IT, organisational and communication skills.Sound knowledge of Health & Safety practices.Logistics or transport planning experience.Experience within manufacturing/FMCG.FLT licence and/or IOSH qualification.To be considered for this role click apply and submit a copy of your up to date CV.TPBN1_UKTJ
