It's an opportunity to own a key engineering capability that sits at the heart of Digital Engineering, connecting engineering teams, digital technologies and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are captured, managed and delivered throughout the engineering lifecycle.You'll work with some of the UK's leading engineering specialists, influencing how future engineering environments are developed while helping deliver a programme that will shape the future of aerospace and defence.Whether you're already leading Requirements Management capability, managing engineering systems or looking to move from Systems Engineering into a strategic product leadership role, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact on a nationally significant programme.The RoleAs Digital Engineering Product Manager, you'll own the roadmap and continuous development of the Requirements Management capability.Working across engineering, digital and technology teams, you'll gather and mature business requirements, translate them into product roadmaps and delivery priorities, and ensure the right capabilities are delivered at the right time.You'll become the focal point between engineering users and technical delivery teams, ensuring requirements are understood, prioritised and successfully implemented across a complex Digital Engineering landscape.Your responsibilities will include:Owning the roadmap for the Requirements Management capabilityEngaging engineering stakeholders to understand future capability needsTranslating business and engineering requirements into prioritised product backlogsDriving continuous improvement across engineering processes and digital toolsWorking with Product Owners, architects and technology partners to deliver new capabilityEnsuring requirements remain traceable throughout the engineering lifecycleSupporting governance, compliance and engineering standardsManaging stakeholder relationships across engineering, technology and supplier organisationsSupporting business change, user adoption and trainingBalancing immediate delivery priorities with long-term Digital Engineering strategyThis role offers a unique blend of Product Management, stakeholder engagement, engineering transformation and delivery leadership.The PersonWe're interested in people who understand how engineering organisations operate and who enjoy bringing together people, technology and process to solve complex problems.You may already be working as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Delivery Manager within Digital Engineering, or perhaps you're a Requirements Manager, Systems Engineering Lead or Engineering Systems Manager looking to move into a broader product leadership role.What matters most is your ability to work with stakeholders, understand engineering challenges and drive the delivery of digital capability.You'll ideally have experience of:Digital Engineering, Engineering Systems or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)Requirements Management within complex engineering environmentsProduct Management, Product Ownership or Delivery ManagementEngineering transformation or business changeWorking with engineering and technology stakeholdersManaging product roadmaps, backlogs or capability developmentRegulated industries such as aerospace, defence, automotive, rail or advanced manufacturingExperience with tools such as Siemens Teamcenter, IBM DOORS (or similar Requirements Management platforms) would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in candidates who have developed comparable capabilities using alternative engineering toolsets.You'll be comfortable working in fast-moving, collaborative environments where influencing stakeholders is just as important as technical understanding.Current Security Clearance is essential.TPBN1_UKTJ
