Facade Designer

? A well-established specialist rainscreen, facade, roofing and cladding contractor based in Maidstone is looking to appoint a Designer to join a growing in-house design function. This is a role for a designer who wants their drawings to actually get built, working on a varied portfolio of live commercial and industrial projects across London and the South East.The business handles the full package, from estimating and design through to procurement, delivery and installation, backed by a team of around 12 office staff and 60 on site. That means the design output stays inside the business, gets installed by the company's own teams and feeds back into how the next scheme is priced and built.
